We will walk through the colourful market stands of the Venice Rialto Market, choosing the seasonable produce that is the secret of the Italian cuisine. The class is for small groups of 6 people max and the approach is highly effective as you work with a real cooking expert, Signora Donatella who is experienced in traditional fish and seafood Italian cuisine. You don’t need prior cooking class experience to appreciate this experience.You will learn about Italian seasonings and culinary traditions in a warm, charming and fun way. Baccalà, octopus and calamari will be easy to prepare at the end of the course.
