The first step is to visit the fish and seafood stands at the Padua daily market. Your cooking lesson will be led by Cristina, a fine local chef who will explain all the secrets of the Veneto cuisine with seasonal fish and local produce. The Italian Organic cooking class is hosted in a restaurant professional kitchen set in Padua, where you will taste the wonderful lunch that you prepared, paired obviously with the local wine. After this organic experience, You will be able to prepare incredible italian organic fish and seafood meals.
The Italian organic cookery course with fish Program: 10:00 am We will meet in Padua’s Piazza delle Erbe and visit the fruit and vegetable market 11,00 am Finish the market visit and take the tram to the restaurant for the organic cookery course 11,30 am Cooking lesson 1,00 pm Lunch that you prepared 3,00 pm Return to Piazza delle Erbe or Padua train station
