CONDITIONS

Terms of Use
Below are the conditions of the service offered by Triumtec (VAT number 02660040920), the owner of the website.
Before making a reservation, the user must review the conditions that specifically indicate the penalties imposed in the event the reservation is changed or cancelled.

1.0 WEBSITE
The purpose of the website is to put two figures in contact:
- The user
- The tour guide

2.0 THE USER
The user is the natural or legal person that reserves a tour.
He or she may communicate with the tour guide by sending emails generated by the communication panel.

The user may use the website without having to register.
The information entered must be truthful. In accordance with Italian law, the use of the service is restricted to adults over the age of 18. Any use of the service by minors assumes and implies the authorisation and supervision of parents or the person exercising authority or guardianship, who shall assume all responsibility for the child's actions taken against Triumtec and third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

The user agrees:
- Not to provide e-mail addresses, phone numbers or web addresses to the tour guide.
- To accept that the only communications that may be referenced are those written by e-mail.

4.0 TOUR CONFIRMATION
The user, by filling out the communication panel, requests the guide's availability.
The tour guide can respond to the user by confirming, rejecting or indicating alternatives to the request made.
Users may be required to pay a deposit or the total amount of the tour. This amount is listed in the detail of the tour and is entirely at the discretion of the tour guide.
The deposit payment may be 10% or 50%. Once the deposit is paid, the user must indicate their billing information that will be communicated to the tour guide.
If the user pays a deposit, the balance must be paid to the tour guide in cash when the tour begins.
The tour guide, before performing the tour, must collect the receipt from the user which lists a verification code.
The tour guide will communicate this code to Triumtec to certify that the tour was actually carried out. The user accepts this procedure as a means for verifying the actual completion of the tour.
Triumtec will invoice the user for an amount equal to the fees payable to the tour guide, plus the cost of the commission fee for the Paypal transaction.
The invoice will be sent via e-mail. The invoice for the remaining balance will be presented to the user directly by the tour guide.
