The tour includes a short sightseeing tour of the Villa Borghese Park and ends at the Biopark, where you are free to visit in total autonomy the wonders of the park. Villa Borghese is a large park in the city of Rome, containing a different type, the Italian garden with large areas of English-style buildings, small buildings, fountains and ponds. Inside the park, a large zoo (Bioparco) and the Silvano Toti Globe Theatre, unique Elizabethan theater of Italy, born in 2003 thanks to the efforts of the Administration and the Foundation Capitolina Silvano Toti for an intuition of Gigi Proietti. Every summer the theater hosts a rich program of works of Shakespeare.
The Bioparco of Rome, born in 1911, was converted from a long time in a non-profit structure is engaged in environmental education, through exhibitions, conferences, courses and international campaigns to raise awareness. Eighteen hectares in which are housed a thousand animals, belonging to two hundred different species of mammals, birds and reptiles, set in a botanical context among the most interesting and fascinating places in Rome. Here are really very rare species such as antelope, the golden eagle, the vulture, the bison and the American crocodile, the Asian elephant, the Asiatic lion, the leopard, the brown bear, the royal python and the Siberian tiger. Each species is housed in a different location that can recreate the environmental conditions of the area of origin.
